Under the claim #TogetherForRescue, concerts, talks, stand-up comedy and readings took place from October 30 to November 1, 2020 and from December 11 to 14, 2021. The goal: to raise funds for an own rescue ship. SOS MEDITERRANEE Germany decided to go its own way in 2022 and left the European association SOS MEDITERRANEE INTERNATIONAL in order to further strengthen the existing civilian rescue fleet with the fast ship.
