Shipping terms

Shipping is carried out domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:

European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (except Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy (except Livigno), Sweden, Slovakia, Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus.

Outside the European Union:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA)

We do not ship to German islands.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €5,90 per order for shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

European Union: €16,90

Outside the European Union:

Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK): €24,90

Mexico, Canada, United States of America (USA): €36.90

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand: €39.90

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer shall bear all customs duties, export and import fees that may be incurred.

Delivery times

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 – 5 working-days, with foreign deliveries within 7 – 10 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment. In this case, the item with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time of the order.
