Shipping terms

Shipping is carried out domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:

European Union (Zone 1):
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy (excluding Livigno), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Ceuta and Melilla), Hungary, Croatia, Portugal.

European Union (Zone 2):
Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Cyprus.

Outside the European Union:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA)

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of € 5,99 per order for shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

European Union (Zone 1): € 13,90

European Union (Zone 2): € 17,90

Outside the European Union:

Norway, Switzerland: € 24,90

United Kingdom (UK): € 29,90

Mexico, Canada, United States of America (USA): € 39,90

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand: € 42,90

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not collected by us and must be borne by the customer.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3–5 working days, and for international deliveries within 7–10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment. The item with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time of the order.
