Shipping terms<\/h2>\n

Shipping is carried out domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:<\/p>\n

European Union (Zone 1):<\/strong>
Austria, Belgium, Denmark (except the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy (except Livigno), Slovakia, Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Portugal.<\/p>\n

European Union (Zone 2):<\/strong>
Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Cyprus.<\/p>\n

Outside the European Union:<\/strong>
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA)<\/p>\n

We do not ship to German islands.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping costs (including VAT)<\/h3>\n

Domestic deliveries (Germany): <\/strong><\/p>\n

We charge a flat rate of \u20ac 5,99 per order <\/strong>for shipping.<\/p>\n

Deliveries abroad:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:<\/p>\n

European Union (Zone 1): \u20ac 13,90<\/strong><\/p>\n

European Union (Zone 2): \u20ac 17,90<\/strong><\/p>\n

Outside the European Union:<\/p>\n

Norway, Switzerland: \u20ac 24,90<\/strong><\/p>\n

United Kingdom (UK): \u20ac 29,90<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mexico, Canada, United States of America (USA): \u20ac 39,90 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, New Zealand: \u20ac 42,90 <\/strong> <\/p>\n

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer shall bear all customs duties, export and import fees that may be incurred.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery times<\/h3>\n

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 – 5 working-days<\/strong>, with foreign deliveries within 7 – 10 working-days<\/strong> after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.<\/p>\n

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment. The item with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time of the order. <\/strong><\/p>\n
